This information may help focus requests for data from these government agencies.
Agencies track significant amounts of data about their operations. When the public knows the fields or elements that the agency tracks, a request can be more narrowly focused based how the agency sorts its records.
These data sets are provided as a tool for the public to make better requests for data records.
Not all of the data identified in these documents may be publicly accessible for privacy or other reasons, and some of this information may become outdated as agencies upgrade their systems.
Contact the Public First Law Center if you have suggestions for other data sets maintained by Hawaii government agencies that should be included here. For suggestions, please provide any information you have about the nature of the data set.
